As in the agreement, J&T Express will be the official delivery service provider of Service Online to support the rapidly growing service booking platform in Singapore.
Benefit from the platform-level API interface, Service Online merchants are able to convert sales orders into express orders directly from the Merchant Centre to complete order delivery and logistics tracking operations.
At the same time, platform buyers can also track the delivery progress directly from the Order Centre and get notified for any abnormal situations, which greatly improves the delivery service experience.
As the official delivery service provider, in addition to the convenience brought by the connection between the two systems, J&T Express will also provide Service Online users with the same service rate and standards as they provided to major players like Shopee and Lazada, in consideration of the unique business model and great potentials of Service Online.
After the signing of the payment gateway and the official logistics, Service Online has built its basic service facilities to support the online transactions. There are more than 100 local service providers are opening their online stores on the platform and listing hundreds of professional services for online booking. Service Online is now working on the final stage of optimizing of its iOS and Android APP to bring in excited service booking experiences to local residents.
